Relaxation - To relieve stress after a long day
Ingredients: Oat, Epsom Salt, Lavender buds, Rose Petals, Chamomile flowers, Essential oils: Lavender, Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Jasmine, Palma Rosa, Rose, Bergamot, Lemon and Tangerine.
Soothing - To soothe aching muscles and joints
Ingredients: Oat, Epsom Salt, Peppermint Leaf, Eucalyptus Leaf, Chamomile, Hibiscus Flowers, Lavender and  Lemongrass essential oils.
Direction: Add 3-5 scoops into the bag. Close the bag and drop it into an empty bathtub and fill with hot water so that the tea bag remains immersed. Leave the tea bag in the tub during the bath. After use: Empty, rinse and dry the bag to reuse.
